Womb Hara Massage is a beautiful healing massage that focuses on a detoxing sacred body work and combining it with breath work and energy work to focus on your heart/womb connection. The womb is the energetic centre of creative life force and feminine energy in the body, where we can birth all of our magical potentials - whether that is birthing children, projects or ideas, and all that we wish to create in the world.
Our Hara refers to the organs that reside within the abdominal region that provide us with the breath of life that regulates the energy and blood of the whole body. This divine feminine external massage is an infusion of modalities from Chinese Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, fertility massage, Mayan abdominal massage techniques, and Womb Awakening. Womb Hara also focuses on clearing trauma or stagnant energy that lie within the tissues in our bodies. The technique involves working through the back/sacrum & coccyx areas, then over to the Hara (belly) and along the pelvic line to induce blood flow and detoxing of those surrounding organs. It is a beautiful offering that every woman must experience at least once in her life. You will have such a better connection to yourself and your sacred womb - the portal to all life's creations. |

WHAT TO EXPECT
The 2-hour Womb Hara Massage begins with gentle work on the back and sacral area before moving to the womb space, reproductive organs, large and small intestines, bladder, and upper abdomen. To enhance the healing experience, essential oils and energy work may be incorporated.
The session concludes with a Rebozo wrapping, where you are swaddled and cocooned, creating a space for deep integration and energetic realignment. Emerging from the wrap feels like shedding old layers, releasing stagnant energy and emotions, and embracing renewed vitality and balance.

TAMIKA ROSS - Your Womb Hara Massage TherapistTamika started her journey as a Reiki Master Practitioner in 2021, then expanded her practice and became an Integrative Womb Hara Massage Therapist in 2022. She is registered with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.
